(中央社桃園6日電）桃檢偵辦阿帕契風波案，關鍵涉案人601旅中校副隊長勞乃成今天凌晨被裁定新台幣50萬元交保並境管，其餘11人被請回但仍遭境管。
601旅中校副隊長勞乃成3月29日帶李蒨蓉一家到AH-64E阿帕契直升機的修護廠房參觀，甚至讓李蒨蓉坐進機密等級相當高的駕駛艙，模擬駕駛AH-64E，並違反國軍資訊安全規定，讓李蒨蓉拍照，李蒨蓉將照片上傳臉書後，引發軒然大波。
桃園地檢署偵辦阿帕契案動作積極並加大，5日上午傳喚人員包括飛官勞乃成、邱雅靖夫婦，還有李蒨蓉和先生李德立，張婉愉和郭大為夫婦、朱愷葳、蔡佩宜、Sophia shih，以及邱雅琦（邱雅靖妹妹）和日籍男友平山直人，加上從日本返國的賴佩珍，到案人數增為12人。
桃園市調處5日鎖定15處住所及601旅搜索，約談勞乃成與李蒨蓉等親友團參訪團人員，逐一釐清3月29日當天參訪的狀況。李蒨蓉一臉素顏，由調查人員陪同進入桃園地檢署。
12人陸續進入桃園地檢署報到，全案經馬拉松式的問訊，再帶往市調處訊問，隨後又分別移至桃檢複訊，晚間除勞乃成外，11人陸續無保請回，離開地檢，但仍境管。其中全案最關鍵的勞乃成則在凌晨1時55分，被檢方裁定新台幣50萬元交保，並遭境管。
李蒨蓉夫婦為昨天深夜最後一批被請回的關係人，最後只剩勞乃成一人。李蒨蓉在深夜被請回時，神情疲憊，4度鞠躬道歉，表示願意彌補錯誤並當國軍志工。李蒨蓉的丈夫則快速離去。
勞乃成經過漏夜偵訊，神情疲憊，在等待檢方裁定時，不時打哈欠，頻頻和律師討論案情。今天凌晨1時55分，檢察官裁定勞乃成新台幣50萬元交保並境管。
勞乃成的一名駱姓友人在10分鐘籌出交保金，並完成交保程序；勞乃成在走出桃園地檢署時，不發一語，隨即搭上友人的車子，消失在黑夜中。
桃園地檢偵辦參觀阿帕契團風波案，在訊問過程查獲新違規事證，傳喚人員向檢方坦承3月29日進入營區為26人，19名大人中有6名外籍人士，包括勞乃成妻子邱雅靖妹妹日籍男友平山直人外，還有5名外傭。
軍方說，勞乃成3月29日當天填寫營區會客單，填報入營者僅20人。事件爆發後他接受軍方行政調查時，仍未承認在名單外多了6人，直到5日因其他「團員」接受檢方應訊時說明才坦承，並發現有此狀況。1040406
